Menu's - Week of Feb. 10th

Bought a new cookbook at WW today (BTW - I was down .2 lbs - so I did loose all that vacation weight I gained last week!!!) Anyway, the cookbook looks awesome - called Pure Comfort. Tonights dinner is taking 3 recipes straight from the book. If any of them are outstanding - I'll post the recipe (or if you just want it - post and let me know)

This week's menu -

Saturday – Pumpkin-Poppy Seed Roll – 3 pts each pg 186
Mashed Potatoes with Garlic 3 pts per 2/3 cup pg 163
Mini Meatloaves – 4 pts each pg 123
Succotash – 1 pt for 2/3 cup serving

Sunday -
Lamb on the grill 5 pts for each 4 ounces
Green bean casserole – 5 pts for 1 cup
Rice – 4 pts for 1 cup
Dessert – Dreamsicle Cake – 3 pts per serving
Monday -
Turkey Scaloppine 4 servings at 5 pts each
Twice Baked Potatoes with Feta Cheese – 4 pts per 1 potato pg 161


Tuesday – Golden Artichoke Chicken Bake over rice (thanks MJ)

Serves 4 @ 5 pts per serving Adjust if you use low fat soup, and add points for rice

Wednesday – Shrimp Bisque or Paella Chowder

Thursday – Meatballs and sauce in crock over egg noodles

Friday – leftovers

Saturday – Lime Sauced Chicken over rice - 4 servings at 4 pts per serving - add more points for rice
