Time to Stock up on Vitamins

Off to the Junior Olympics -

I guess this is the "big one" especially when you are 10 yo! We're on our way to Penn State University - where dd will swim her little heart out. I've heard that medals are awarded to the top 8 finishers - which is really asking alot from my little 10yo - but it is something to shoot for ! I'll be back in 4 days !

Another Loss!

I thought I'd have a bigger loss at WW this week - but I'll take the .8 I lost. Now this week will be tougher - with 4 days away from my own food/kitchen. Eating out every day. I'll be bringing snacks - and sneaks for workouts - but I know it will be hard !
