Another Loss!

I thought I'd have a bigger loss at WW this week - but I'll take the .8 I lost. Now this week will be tougher - with 4 days away from my own food/kitchen. Eating out every day. I'll be bringing snacks - and sneaks for workouts - but I know it will be hard !

You can do it! No salty snacks or meals, bring fruits and veggies and maybe one baked salty snack.
