Need to switch some things around from my earlier plan - sales at the grocery store, doncha know. Did end up having pizza yesterday - the kids had Pizza Hut, and dh and I had Wolfgang Pucks frozen pies - darn good. Got them from Sam's. Course, a serving was 1/3 of a pizza, and I ate 1/2 (dh ate 1 and 1/2 - OUCH) I'll figure out the points though, and journal them !
Monday – Lime Chicken with White Rice - 4 pts for chicken, 4 pts for rice
will make stuffed peppers for dh
Tuesday -Twice Baked Potatoes
Beef, Brown Rice and Mushroom Stew 6 points for the stew, and 4 pts for the potato
Wednesday– Herb Cheese stuffed shells and salad 7 pts per serving
Thursday – Slow Cooker Country Captain Chicken with Rice 7 pts
Friday - Shrimp Bisque – pg 78 Turn Around 3 pts per serving (will post recipe later - this an awesome soup !)
Moroccan Carrot Dip with Pita Triangles pg 23 2 pts per serving
Two Cheese Spinach Pizza pg 107 4 pts per serving
Saturday – Depends on WI !!!
