Country Steak With Gravy - 4 pts

1 1/2 lbs boneless top round steak (1/2" thick)
1 (12oz) jar fat-free savory beef gravy
2 tbls tomato paste
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dried thyme
Cooking spray

Trim fat from steak and cut into 6 equal pieces. Combine gravy and next 5 ingrediants in a small bowl, stir well. Layer gravy mixture and steak in crockpot coated with cooking spray. Begin and end with gravy mixture. Cover with lid and cook on high setting for 1 hour then reduce to low setting and cook 6-7 hours or until tender. Makes 6 servings (serving size = 3 oz of steak and 1/3 cup of gravy). Points= 4 per serving
