Weight Watcher Lasagna
WEIGHT WATCHER LASAGNA
1 lb. ground turkey
1 lg. onion
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. water
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. basil
2 2/3 c. cottage cheese
4 oz. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. oregano
8 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Brown and drain turkey and onion. Mix the next six ingredients together and add to cooked meat. Mix the next four ingredients. In a 9 x 13 inch pan, that has been sprayed, layer: 1/2 sauce - meat mixture, 1/2 noodles, all of cottage cheese, 1/2 noodles, remaining sauce. Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour covered; 15 minutes uncovered. Let set a few minutes before cutting. 8 servings.
