One week into the New Year - and the scale is steadily moving down. Better eating habits, much better journaling, and exercising everyday have proved to be the key. I've hit the gym nearly every single day - and the scale shows it !
I've also been spending a bit of time sewing (to keep my hands busy) getting the paperwork in order for taxes, couponing and making grocery lists (amazing how much you can save if you really plan) and of course, going back to college myself. Will work on my menu's later this week. I have a butternut squash I'm making fries out of for lunch. Will post how they turned out later.
